Lochnagar Day Meet

Sixteen brave souls booked and set out for the hills, to find the Glen Muick road open, but with extreme winds and heavy rain (Loch Muick was blowing strongly northward!) so plans were revised.

The President's Party, led by Mike Brian and Kenny Webster, did manage to summit the Corbett Conachcraig, but neither Munro, Lochnagar nor Broad Cairn was realistic, even on all-fours! The circuit of Loch Muick was quite an adventure.

Good humour prevailed and a meal was enjoyed by seventeen some of whom had chosen to walk on lower ground.
