Barbecue

Club Summer BBQ

This year’s summer BBQ will be on Saturday 25th July at Bonnymuir Green (Bonnymuir Place, Aberdeen,AB15 5NQ) starting at 6.00pm. The BBQ will include chicken, beef burgers, sausages (including vegetarian), salads and sides, and soft drinks. The cost of the BBQ will be £22.50 per person. Please bring your own tipple, if that is desired.

As requested in recent years, this year’s BBQ will be a club self-organised event – so we need volunteers!

1. to help organise the event, and

2. to be on-the-day BBQ cooks and helpers

3.  To bring or let us borrow a couple of BBQ units (gas BBQ units preferred) for the day.

To help with any or all of the above, email Tom at social@cairngormclub.org.uk

Please confirm places by transferring £22.50 per person into the club account (Sort: 83-15-31, Acct: 19165508) with reference BBQ. Once you have done that, email Tom Litterick (social@cairngormclub.org.uk) with a cc to treasurer@cairngormclub.org.uk. Please specify dietary requirements, including vegetarian/vegan, in your confirmation email to Tom at social@cairngormclub.org.uk.

Deadline for payments will be the 18th July, to allow for ordering of the food.
