The Burns Supper weekend is always a
favourite for the food and the days on the hill. The weather
didn’t disappoint this year either.
Here are the photos taken by Jamie of his day out on Carn Bhac.
Arriving at Altanour Lodge as the blue sky
makes an appearance

Reaching the snow line

Looking south to the Glenshee area

Finally the lump of Carn Bhac comes into
view

Getting steeper near the top

Obligatory summit picture for my last Munro
in the National Park. The ice axe coming out only for show!
Naturally the clag came in for the 5 minutes we were on the top.

Heading down in a snow shower

Heading back via the Carn nan Seileach
ridge, showers clearing

Blue sky coming back out

Wide open skies now
